How the model works

One flat annual price
Priced per association, per year — one line your treasurer can put in the budget. A record-attendance year costs the same as a quiet one.
Nothing per attendee
The big suites charge for every person who registers, on top of the licence. Here, your two-thousandth attendee costs what your first did: nothing.
No per-badge charges
Badges print from your browser on your printer. Check-in runs on the phones your volunteers already carry. No hardware hire, no invoice after the event.
No setup fee
Setup is a spreadsheet import a volunteer does in an afternoon — no consultant, no onboarding line item. The yearly price is the whole cost.
What the licence covers
Every association gets the whole product.
No plans, no tiers — program, QR check-in, badge printing, speaker portals, sponsor walls, certificates and your branding are all included. Your quote only moves with how many events you run and whether sister associations join you.
Why there’s no price list or checkout button.
On purpose — we’re early and set each association up personally. You book a chat, we check ConferKit fits your event, and you leave with a flat annual figure in writing — then a plain invoice your treasurer can file. Quotes are in AUD, and renewal stays at the price you signed at.
“What if we grow past 2,000 attendees?”
First: congratulations. Second: nothing bad happens. The 2,000 ceiling exists so the app stays fast on conference morning, not to charge you more. Heading past it? We’ll talk — there’s no automatic per-head surcharge. More in the FAQ.
