How it works

Keep your ticketing. Add ConferKit for conference day.

You already use Humanitix or TryBooking for tickets and money — keep them. ConferKit pulls in your program and attendee list, then handles check-in, badges, certificates and the schedule. One app. Nothing else to set up.

The big-suite way

One suite owns everything.

The big event suites

  • Registration
  • Payments
  • Ticketing
  • Conference app
  • Check-in & badges
  • Abstracts, CRM, …

A five-figure annual licence, plus per-registrant fees

One contract owns everything — and the renewal letter walks the price up every year. Leaving means moving your registration history, so most associations never do.

The ConferKit way

Two tools, one spreadsheet.

Humanitix / TryBooking (you already have this)

Tickets · payments · registration records

ConferKit

Program · schedules · check-in · badges · certificates

One flat annual licence. Nothing per attendee.

The join between the two is a spreadsheet your treasurer already knows how to download. That’s why this costs a fraction of the suite — and why there’s nothing to migrate.

Start to finish

From spreadsheet to conference day.

  1. Keep your ticketing exactly where it is

Humanitix, TryBooking, your membership system — whatever sells your tickets keeps selling them. Money and refunds never move.

  2. Bring in your attendee list

Every ticketing platform exports attendees as a spreadsheet. Import it with your program, and ConferKit builds the event — sessions, rooms, and a QR code for every attendee.

  3. Run conference day on ConferKit

Attendees build their schedule on their phones. Your desk scans QR codes and prints badges. Announcements reach every pocket.

  4. Close it out

Afterwards: certificates backed by real attendance for your members, and a report on what people actually attended.

On the day

Any phone is a scanner. Any printer does badges.

Volunteers scan QR codes with the phones in their pockets, and badges print from the browser. No hardware to hire, no per-badge invoice after the event.

Attendees never create accounts — so your help desk isn’t doing password resets at 8:30am.

That’s it.

No modules. No add-ons. No “contact sales to unlock reporting.” Every association gets the whole product — one flat price, everything included.

Want to see it for yourself?

Bring a spreadsheet from your ticketing platform and we’ll import it live on the call — program, attendees, QR codes — while you watch.
