Rebecca Hartley

Rebecca spent twelve years as a science teacher and faculty head before moving into school leadership, and she still thinks like a scientist: every change she leads ships with baseline data and a review date. Her vertical curriculum planning work lifted science VCE retention at her college by a third, and she consults to regional schools on faculty leadership. She is a graduate of the Menzies School Leadership Fellowship.
