Lucy Tran

Lucy's students have contributed more than 4,000 verified observations to the Atlas of Living Australia from a schoolyard the size of two basketball courts. A biologist by training, she worked in ecological consulting before teaching, and keeps her students connected to working ecologists through a seasonal survey program now running in eight Melbourne schools. She leads SciCon's citizen science special interest group.
