Amina Yusuf

Amina teaches junior science at one of Victoria's most linguistically diverse schools and holds a Master of TESOL. Her academic-vocabulary program — sentence frames, talk moves and word walls built into every practical — lifted written explanation scores across whole cohorts, and is now used school-wide. She sits on the VicTESOL committee and reviews science texts for EAL accessibility for two publishers.
